At Onyx Marketing Group, we work closely with clients to create a clear roadmap of initiatives that align with their business objectives. This roadmap, detailed in a collaborative Google Sheet, outlines what work will be completed and when, ensuring full transparency. Most of our contracts span 3–6 months, allowing us to focus on delivering meaningful results while maintaining flexibility. Payment schedules are structured at balanced monthly rates to simplify cash flow management. For specific needs, we also accommodate shorter-term "a la carte" projects.
We primarily focus on retainer-based partnerships as they reflect our commitment to delivering consistent and impactful results. However, we do accept select "a la carte" projects for special requests. These often include services like website creation, targeted advertising campaigns, or social media account audits.
